KomondorGroup

Service

Site security assessments, read the way an adversary would.

A site-specific map of where the real risk lives and what to do about it first.

A facility tells a story — about access, sightlines, routines, and exposure. KomondorGroup walks your grounds, reads that story, and hands leadership a clear map of where the real risk lives and what to do about it first.

What the work produces

  • A site-specific view of exposure across approach, access, and interior
  • Observations grounded in how the location is actually used
  • Prioritized recommendations — not an undifferentiated list of upgrades
  • A baseline you can reassess against over time

Typical engagement questions

What sites do you assess?
Offices, civic buildings, campuses, yards, and operational sites. We tailor the review to the site's use and the population it serves.
Do we need to close for the assessment?
No. We assess sites as they operate, because routine is where most exposure hides. A planned visit during normal hours is typical.
How disruptive is the walkthrough?
Minimal. We observe, ask questions, and document. Staff continue working; we coordinate with facilities so nothing is interrupted.

How we work

A structured process, tailored to the matter. Scope before interviews; findings before conclusions.

01

Brief on the site

We start with the site's purpose, the people who use it, and the incidents — if any — that prompted the review.

02

Walk the grounds

We walk approach, perimeter, access points, and interior, observing how the site actually functions day to day.

03

Map exposure

We sort observations into what is exposure, what is routine friction, and what is already well-managed.

04

Report

You receive a prioritized report: address this now, plan for this, and consider this over the longer term.

Considering whether this is the right fit?

Share the scope — not the case file. We can talk through whether the engagement makes sense before anything is committed in writing.
